Are you looking for part-time work in a casual working environment, where you can help families access supports and resources while expanding your knowledge? If so, this might be the job for you.

The part-time Training Specialist position is 20 hours a week and is primarily remote. Applicant must be able to attend occasional in-person meetings and events, including evening events. The pay range is $15-$18 per hour.

The primary responsibilities of the Training Specialist include setting up, scheduling, hosting, and administering virtual and in-person training, designing and creating engaging flyers to post on social media platforms, and collecting and entering data related to training.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Zoom platform
  • Basic knowledge of creating and designing flyers
  • Experience with posting on social media platforms
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with disabilities or special health care needs preferred
  • 2-4 year degree preferred
