Georgia’s Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) program helps low income families afford safe, quality child care. To apply for the CAPS program, families must be a resident of the state of Georgia and can apply online at Georgia Gateway. The CAPS program is administered by Georgia’s Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL).
