What is a Navigator Team? A navigator team is a group of individuals who live in a county of Georgia. The team and its leader(s) are parents who have experience in accessing services. The navigator team may also include professionals who want to assist and be a resource to families. Navigator teams are reaching out to all families of young children from birth-five and to families of school aged children with special needs.
Our Collective Vision is to have
a point of contact in every county
in Georgia so
families of children with disabilities
do not feel alone.
