Navigator Teams
Navigator teams are parent-led volunteer networks established in counties across Georgia. A diverse blend of parents, educators, medical professionals and community members form these teams and work to build resources and develop solutions to local disability and healthcare concerns. They act as a local contact so parents do not feel alone!
Navigator Teams are a project of Parent to Parent of Georgia, under the guidance of the Parent Leadership Coalition (PLC). Click here for more information about the agencies that make up the PLC.
