P2P Job Opening - Part-time Training Assistant

Are you looking for part-time work in a casual working environment, where you can help families access supports and resources while expanding your knowledge? If so, this might be the job for you.

The part-time, 20 hours a week, Training Assistant position is in our Atlanta office, 12 months a year. 

Applicant must be able to attend occasional evening and weekend meetings or events.  The pay range is $12-$15 per hour.

Basic duties include:

• Prepare training flyers

• Coordinate and administer webinar trainings

• Make and provide handout packets to the trainers

• Maintain and monitor training equipment

• Post training events on the calendar

• Data collection related to training

Minimum Requirements:

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and databases

• Experience with disabilities or special health care needs preferred

• Knowledge of presentation equipment (including but not limited to projectors, laptops, etc.)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 2-4 year degree preferred
